Apple has reportedly increased orders for its upcoming iPhone Duo foldable smartphone by 30%, according to the Securities Times.
Orders are now estimated at around 10 million units. Initial estimates ranged from 6 million to 7 million units.
The reported increase offers a counterpoint to recent reports of component order cuts for the iPhone 18 Pro.
Apple is preparing for its Welcome Home media event on October 13, where it is expected to unveil new smart home devices. Anticipated announcements include a new Apple TV 4K and a refreshed HomePod mini, signaling a renewed focus on the home ecosystem.
