Hims & Hers Health is facing a securities class action lawsuit. Investors have until November 2, 2026, to seek lead plaintiff status, law firms say.

The lawsuit alleges the company made false or misleading statements by failing to disclose that it shared consumers’ private health information with third-party advertising platforms, including Google and Meta. It also alleges Hims & Hers charged customers for prescriptions almost immediately after they submitted an intake form, despite representing that they would first consult with a medical provider.

The lawsuit follows an investigation and a federal complaint filed by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). The case has brought heightened regulatory scrutiny and the risk of significant fees and penalties.
