CK Infrastructure Holdings (1038.HK) reported a record net profit of HK$21.25 billion for the first half of 2026. This represents a 389% increase driven by gains from divesting interests in UK Power Networks and UK Rails.

The asset sales created a net cash position of HK$33.9 billion. This liquidity provides the group with significant capacity for large-scale, capital-intensive projects and acquisitions.

The board declared an interim dividend of HK$0.75 per share. This payout represents a 2.7% increase from the previous year. While global operations remained steady, the Hong Kong and Mainland China materials businesses recorded a small loss.
