ChangXin Memory Technologies (CXMT) is entering final R&D validation for its LPDDR6 mobile memory chips.

The new product targets a data transfer speed of 12,800 Mbps.

Each chip features a 16Gb die capacity to compete with leaders Samsung and SK Hynix.

CXMT has begun distributing samples to clients and plans mass production for the second half of 2026.

This production timeline aligns with the projected launch schedule of SK Hynix.

SK Hynix currently maintains a 29% share of the global DRAM market.
